I love experimenting with new recipes, and casseroles are probably my favorite. Last night I made your Philly Cheese Steak Shepard's Pie and it was amazing!!! My husband said it was the best new dish I've made in ages. This is definitely going into our regular meal rotation. I did make a few tweaks. I added chopped mushrooms and used multi-colored peppers just because I had the peppers on hand and we LIVE for mushrooms at my house. I also added a splash of Worcestershire with the soup. Otherwise, I followed it to the letter for a yummy and filling dish. Thanks so much. I really enjoy your recipes.
