To make this pizza meatloaf, I started by lining a 9 x 5 loaf pan with foil and spraying it well with cooking spray.
I dumped some lean ground beef into a large mixing bowl.
I added some Italian seasoned bread crumbs to the bowl.
I also added two eggs to the bowl.
I used my hands to mix all of the ingredients until fully combined.
I placed two thirds of the meat mixture in the foil lined loaf pan.
I pressed the meat mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the loaf pan to form a hollow center.
Then I poured some pizza sauce into the hollow and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
Then I placed some pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
I sprinkled some diced green peppers on top of the pepperoni.
I also sprinkled some diced red onions on top.
Then I placed the remaining third of the meat mixture on top and pressed it out to cover all of the filling.
Then I poured some pizza sauce on top.
I spread the pizza sauce out evenly.
I placed the pan in the oven and baked the meatloaf for fifty minutes.
After fifty minutes I removed the pan from the oven.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
I placed some pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Then I sprinkled some green peppers and red onions on top.
I returned the meatloaf to the oven and continued baking until the cheese on top was completely melted.
Then I removed the pan from the oven.
I left the meatloaf to rest in the pan for five minutes.
Then I used the foil to lift the meatloaf out of the pan.
Then the meatloaf was ready to slice.
I served my meatloaf with some cooked spaghetti noodles.

- Use your hands to mix the ingredients until fully combined.
- Scoop two thirds of the meat mixture into the foil lined loaf pan.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the loaf pan to form a hollow in the center.
- Pour the pizza sauce into the hollow and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the pizza sauce.
- Place the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
