Taco meatloaf? It sounds like nacho cheese Doritos meatloaf. I like the use of crushed Doritos (you must use a food processor to make the Doritos chips finely grind otherwise you’ll have large pieces of Doritos in your meatloaf)when you use Doritos, the hamburger doesn’t shrink that much but when you make this meatloaf be sure you mix the meat with just only the Doritos and spices minus the ketchup/BBQ sauce or your nacho cheese flavor will get washed out, I’m surprised you don’t have this nacho cheese meatloaf on your website well I’m sure you’ll like it.
