To make this dish, I started by heating some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil was hot I added some frozen diced hash brown potatoes to the skillet.
I stirred the potatoes and cooked them until they were starting to brown.
Then I added some lean ground beef to the skillet.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I added some frozen corn kernels to the skillet.
I stirred well.
Then I added some diced red and green bell peppers to the skillet.
I stirred well again.
I continued cooking the dish for about five minutes.
Then I added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the skillet.
I also added some condensed cream of mushroom soup to the skillet.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet.
I stirred until the cheese was completely melted.
Then I sprinkled some more shredded cheddar cheese on top and did not stir.
I removed the skillet from the heat.
I waited a few minutes for the cheese on top to melt.
I sprinkled some chopped green onions on top right before serving.
