To make this fudge, I started by lining an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
I poured some sweetened condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl.
Then I added some milk chocolate chips to the bowl.
I microwaved the ingredients on HIGH for 1 minute.
I stirred well.
I returned the bowl to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds on HIGH.
I stirred well again.
I added some Bailey’s Irish cream to the bowl.
I stirred until the Bailey’s was fully combined with the milk chocolate mixture.
Then I poured the mixture into a parchment lined baking pan.
I spread the mixture out evenly.
Then I chopped up a white chocolate bar.
I sprinkled the chopped white chocolate on top of the fudge in the baking pan.
Then I covered the pan and placed it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
After 3 hours I removed the pan from the refrigerator.
I used the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan.
I sliced the fudge into 25 pieces.
Then the creamy fudge was ready to serve.
