To make this Stove Top Stuffing meatloaf, I started by dumping some ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, liquid honey and onion powder into a small mixing bowl.
I stirred the ingredients together until they were fully combined and set the bowl aside.
Then I dumped 2 pounds of lean ground beef into a large mixing bowl with some Stove Top stuffing mix, eggs and 1/3 cup of the prepared sauce.
I used my hands to mix all of the ingredients together really well.
Then I lined a loaf pan with aluminum foil and sprayed it with cooking spray.
I pressed the meat mixture into the loaf pan.
Then I spread the remaining sauce on top of the meat.
I placed the pan in the oven and cooked the meatloaf for an hour.
I used a meat thermometer to make sure the meatloaf had reached a minimum internal temperature of 160F before removing it from the oven.
After removing the meatloaf from the oven I allowed it to rest in the pan for a few minutes before using the foil to lift it out.
Then I sliced and served the meatloaf.
I served my meatloaf with The Best Bacon Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes.

FAQS:
How should I serve my stuffing meatloaf?
- Classic meatloaf: Serve slices of meatloaf on a plate with a side of mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable, such as green beans or roasted carrots.
- Meatloaf sandwich: Slice the meatloaf and serve it between two pieces of bread with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
- Meatloaf sliders: Cut the meatloaf into small squares and serve on mini buns with a slice of cheese and a dollop of ketchup or BBQ sauce.
How should I store stuffing meatloaf?
- Let it cool: After cooking, let the meatloaf cool to room temperature before storing it. This will prevent condensation from forming in the storage container.
- Wrap tightly: Wrap the meatloaf tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. This will help prevent it from drying out or absorbing any odors from other foods in the fridge.
- Store in the fridge: Place the wrapped meatloaf in an airtight container or a resealable plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- Freeze for longer storage: If you want to store the meatloaf for longer, you can freeze it. Wrap the meatloaf tightly in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil, or use a freezer-safe container or bag. Label the container with the date and store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
- Thaw safely: When you’re ready to eat the meatloaf, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before reheating. Do not thaw meatloaf at room temperature as this can increase the risk of bacterial growth.
