To make this dish, I started by dumping some lean ground beef into a large skillet.

I added some minced garlic, salt, pepper and onion powder to the skillet.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

I added a can of Rotel to the skillet.

I added some milk to the skillet and stirred.

I brought the milk to a boil.

Then I placed a lid on the skillet and reduced the heat to medium-low. 

I left the gnocchi to simmer for five minutes.

After five minutes I removed the lid and added a can of condensed cheddar soup to the skillet.

I stirred well.

Then I added some chopped green onions and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the skillet.

I stirred until the cheese was melted.

I sprinkled some additional shredded cheese and chopped green onions on top.

I returned the lid to the skillet just until the cheese was melted.
