Ingredients You'll Need to Make This Grape Salad:

  • 1 pound red seedless grapes, washed and patted dry
  • 1 pound green seedless grapes, washed and patted dry
  • 4-ounces whipped cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

How to Make Grape Salad:

  1. In the bowl of a stand or hand mixer, blend cream cheese, yogurt, honey, and granulated sugar on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Pour whole grapes into a separate bowl and mix in the creamed mixture until well combined.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (not required, but gives best flavor).
  4. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and crushed pecans.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar and pecan mixture on top of the salad just before serving.
  6. Enjoy!

FAQS:

How should I store the grape salad?

  • Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days, but eat as soon as possible, as the grapes can start to become mushy and the creamed mixture can start to separate.

Can I make this ahead of time?

  • Yes! Coat the grapes in the creamed mixture and cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Then add the brown sugar mixture right before serving.

What are substitutions that I can make?

  • Sour cream can be used instead of the vanilla Greek yogurt. If doing this, add ½ teaspoon of vanilla to the mixture. Also, the honey can be omitted if you like your mixture less sweet. Lastly, the mixture can be topped with any kind of nuts you prefer.

Notes

  • If you prefer more vanilla flavor, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • This recipe is easiest if the grapes are kept whole, but they can also be sliced in half if preferred.
  • It’s recommended not to add the brown sugar mixture on top of the grapes until serving, otherwise the brown sugar will soak in and not be as fresh.
