To make this corn on the cob, I started by removing the husks and silks from four ears of corn.

I also trimmed up the ends.

Then I placed a trivet in my Instant Pot.

I added cold water to the pot.

Then I set the corn on the trivet.

I placed the lid on the Instant Pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook HIGH for 2 minutes.

Once the Instant Pot was done cooking, I immediately turned the steam release handle to the venting position and performed a quick release.

I removed the corn from the pot.

I brushed the corn with butter and seasoned it with salt and Cajun spice.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Instant Pot Corn on the Cob:
