To make this banana bread, I started by dumping some ripened bananas into a large mixing bowl.
I added some eggs to the bowl.
I also added some melted butter to the bowl.
I used a fork to mash the bananas and mix the ingredients well.
Then I added a box of yellow cake mix to the bowl.
I stirred well.
I sprayed a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan well with cooking spray.
Then I poured the batter into the loaf pan.
I placed the loaf pan in the oven and baked banana bread until a toothpick inserted in the center came up clean.
I removed the pan from the oven and left the banana bread to cool in the pan for ten minutes.
After ten minutes I removed the loaf from the pan and left it to finish cooling on a wire rack.
Once the loaf was cooled, it was ready to be sliced.
